Hi Subscriber First Name! Welp. There’s no other way to say this but to just say it. I’m Romance’d Out. It’s Official. It’s been about six weeks since I’ve picked up a romance book (or even wanted to start one). But that doesn’t mean I haven’t been reading. Nope. I’ve been devouring ALL the cozy mysteries and it’s been great fun. I’m loving all of the community, found families, humor, and of course, MURDER that these books are bringing me. So much so that most of my recs this month are in fact Cozy Mysteries!
Normally, when I am on the search for new titles coming out, the cozies are from well established series, and there are maybe one or two new Book Ones coming out, but y’all, this month? We are getting FIVE new series!! (Series-es? I hate English sometimes, lol. And shout-out to Myria for the amazing subject line to this eblast!) I am beside myself with joy. You can read all about them down below! But I didn’t totally abandon romance either. There are a few down there and I am hoping that one of them pulls me out of my Romance Slump. ::fingers crossed::

Sticking with the whole retro vibes again for this month’s social media templates. Last month I wanted something a bit 70’s Cozy, but this month, I drew from the clothing line, Ocean Pacific. Y’all remember those shirts? I was obsessed with the California Surfer look despite living in suburban San Antonio, TX, lol. With summer drawing to a close, I thought the sunset-y vibes and colors fit well with the season. I hope you like them!
