But in all seriousness, with the constant promo emails we all receive, I know how precious our inboxes are so I’d like to start off by saying thank you for trusting me to send you a bit of email now and again.

Now, onto Volume 1 of the Which Was Better Newsletter! (It needs a catchier title, no? I’ll need to brainstorm on that one, but if you have any ideas please let me know!)

January Bookish News

The Good: One of my favorite books of all time, ARE YOU THERE GOD? IT’S ME, MARGARET is coming to the big screen! Check out the trailer HERE and see the movie tie-in cover HERE.

The Bad: While HarperCollins has agreed to enter into mediation with HarperCollins Union (yay!), it was just announced that HC is cutting 5% of its North American workforce.

The Ugly (TW - Suicide): ICYMI, a romance author faked her own death and then popped back up on social media.
